Laura Billak is owner of The Finer Points and the Finer Points Coastal and has a strong background in Etiquette and Protocol in the field of Hospitality. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations Communication and a minor in Art Design from George Mason University, she earned a Master’s in Event Management through International Institute of Event Management. Laura has also obtained certifications from the International School of Protocol and is the founder of the etiquette consulting company P’s and Q’s®. Laura has more than 20+ years of event planning experience. Laura is a Certified Event Designer (CED) and member of the Outer Banks Wedding Association. Laura is the owner of her family-owned retail store “The Event Boutique” open May 25, 2023 in Historic Corolla Village of North Carolina. Laura is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of VA and NC.
