Beach Services Team
Job Description
We are actively recruiting outgoing, detail-oriented individuals to join our Beach Services Team. Those interested will be responsible for delivering guest's items to the beach, assisting with beach setup, monitoring pool areas for wristbands and safety, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels at all pool restrooms and assisting where necessary around the Club. If you enjoy working outdoors, get along well with others and are ready to create a memorable vacation experience for our guests, then we encourage you to apply! Housing could potentially be offered on a first come, first served basis.

Responsibilities

Creating a lasting impression for community members and guests

Assisting community members and guests with their beach gear and coolers

Ensuring smooth operation of "Door to Shore" program offered to guests

Mindfulness of weather, surf, and tide conditions

Answer questions about the area and local places of interest

Collect data from shift and review with Operations Director

Report any issues or items needing repair to Operations Director

Assist Maintenance Supervisor with pre-opening cleaning of pools, pool area, straightening of furniture

Consistently monitor cleanliness of pools and outdoor areas
-
Monitor guests at three pools for adherence to wristband policy

Assist other staff on property as needs arise throughout the shift
Skills
-
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Ability to work in various conditions including high heat, humidity, wind, & rain as needed

Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted

Ability to learn area roads and neighborhoods in a quick fashion
-
Availability to work weekend and holiday shifts, as needed
-
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
