Beach Realty is hiring a full-time, year-round Inspections Coordinator to start immediately. Prior experience in vacation housekeeping and/or inspections is preferred. This position entails hiring, training, and scheduling a workforce of seasonal inspectors to perform weekly turnover and spring cleaning inspections to ensure vacation properties are properly cleaned and ready for guests. Assist Housekeeping Manager in the off-season. Weekend work is required throughout the year. 

Candidates for this position must:

  • Be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Have the ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be comfortable enforcing quality control.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Have a valid Driver’s License.
