Adminstrative Assistant

Our firm is currently looking for a full-time administrative assistant from February 2025 through the end of April 2025. This is a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for an energetic, dependable, and friendly individual with excellent organizational and client service skills.
Responsibilities:

  • Answer and effectively screen incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Pleasantly greet all individuals entering the building
  • Respond quickly to staff and client requests
  • Process confidential documents according to prescribed procedures
  • Data entry into multiple software programs
  • Process incoming & outgoing faxes
 Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service, data entry, and/or client reception experience
  • Computer experience to include Microsoft Office; database & document management system experience, a plus
  • Prior accounting experience a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and multi-step processes & procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to security procedures and confidentiality requirements
  • Availability Monday – Friday and possibly some Saturday mornings through through April 2025. This position would require some overtime hours and could turn into a temp to perm position.
