Our firm is currently looking for a full-time administrative assistant from February 2025 through the end of April 2025. This is a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for an energetic, dependable, and friendly individual with excellent organizational and client service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and effectively screen incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system
- Pleasantly greet all individuals entering the building
- Respond quickly to staff and client requests
- Process confidential documents according to prescribed procedures
- Data entry into multiple software programs
- Process incoming & outgoing faxes
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service, data entry, and/or client reception experience
- Computer experience to include Microsoft Office; database & document management system experience, a plus
- Prior accounting experience a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and multi-step processes & procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to security procedures and confidentiality requirements
- Availability Monday – Friday and possibly some Saturday mornings through through April 2025. This position would require some overtime hours and could turn into a temp to perm position.
